- Pour a generous handful to warm running water, fill tub to desired level, and allow for it to dissolve
- Using clean fingers, you can swirl salts into the bath to help dissolve quicker
- Step in and relax in the bath for approximately 15 to 20mins
- Pat skin dry using a clean towel after the bath
