SHIPPING POLICY

We love our products and we want you to love them too. Don't like delays? Neither do we so we aim to ship products within 48 hours of receiving your order. Arrival of your delivery will vary as it is estimated based on the date of dispatch not the date you placed your order. Please note deliveries can also take longer during busier periods of the year ie Christmas so please order early to avoid disappointment.

We currently use standard shipping (3-5 Business working Days) for £3.95

Free shipping (£50 upwards) only applies to orders based in the UK. International orders will still be required to pay £14.99

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We know it is important to be satisfied with your purchase and we will  strive to make sure we get it right each time. We will package your products appropriately to prevent any breakages or damages to your items. 

 

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for your products whilst it is in transit.
